On this evening, it was all golden haze and slow salt wind—
the kind of light that softens everything it touches. I captured their engagement session.
We met just before sunset, where the lava rock softened into warm sand.
There were no poses, no instructions—just movement. They walked. Paused. Laughed. Danced.
I stayed quiet, letting them forget the camera,
waiting for the small moments like these
We stayed until there was nothing left but the ocean and the afterglow.
Because the best part of photographing moments like this is knowing they won’t ever happen again—
