The marriage license fee is $60.00 (plus $5.00 portal administrative cost)

Please complete the online application ( https://health.hawaii.gov/vitalrecords/marriage-licenses/) before contacting an agent to set an appointment. Couples must appear together, in person, before a licensed agent no more than 30 days before the ceremony date. The agent will review your application, and verify photo IDs and any necessary documentation before issuing the license.

 One month before the wedding, please contact the agent and make an appointment at least one day before your wedding day
